Welcome to Scent Supply. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from Scent Supply. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. General Terms

By using this website, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and that the information you provide when placing an order is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, limit quantities, or discontinue products at our discretion, subject to applicable law.

2. Products & Fragrance Decants

Scent Supply sells fragrance samples and decants that have been independently transferred from authentic fragrance bottles into smaller atomizers or sample containers.

Decanted products are not sold in the fragrance manufacturer’s original retail packaging unless specifically stated on the product page.

Product photos, bottle designs, labels, colors, and packaging shown on our website may differ slightly from the product received.

3. Brand Affiliation

Scent Supply is an independent fragrance decant retailer. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Scent Supply is not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with the fragrance brands whose products are referenced or decanted.

All brand names, fragrance names, trademarks, and other intellectual property belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and descriptive purposes.

4. Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions, product availability, and inventory may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product descriptions, or other inaccuracies.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may cancel the affected item and issue any refund required for that canceled item.

5. Orders & Payment

By submitting an order, you agree to pay the total amount displayed at checkout, including applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other disclosed fees.

An order confirmation does not necessarily constitute acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order when reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory errors, or incorrect pricing.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of fragrance products and considerations involving hygiene and product integrity, Scent Supply does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fragrance preference, or dissatisfaction with how a fragrance smells or performs.

Fragrances may smell and perform differently from person to person due to factors including skin chemistry, environment, application, and individual perception.

If an order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Photographs of the item and packaging may be required to evaluate the issue.

Any remedy for a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect product will be determined in accordance with applicable law and our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise. Scent Supply is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Any issues involving lost, damaged, or misdelivered packages will be handled according to our Shipping Policy and applicable carrier procedures.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been processed or prepared for fulfillment.

If you notice an error in your order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made before processing begins.

9. Product Use

Fragrance products are intended for external use only.

Avoid contact with eyes and other sensitive areas. Keep fragrance products away from children, pets, flames, sparks, excessive heat, and other ignition sources.

Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Scent Supply is not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from misuse of a product, except to the extent liability cannot legally be excluded.

10. Intellectual Property

The Scent Supply name, branding, website design, original photographs, graphics, written content, and other original materials belonging to Scent Supply may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without permission.

Third-party trademarks, fragrance names, logos, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

11. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, availability, and other information. However, occasional errors may occur.

We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time, subject to applicable law.

12. Prohibited Use

You may not use our website or products for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes, interfere with the operation or security of the website, or attempt to obtain unauthorized access to our systems.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Scent Supply will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

These Terms and any disputes relating to your use of the website or purchases from Scent Supply will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
