Due to the nature of fragrance products and for hygiene and product integrity reasons, Scent Supply does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Please review your fragrance selection and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact Scent Supply within 48 hours of delivery. Photos of the product and packaging may be required so we can review the issue and make it right.

Fragrance Preference

Fragrance is highly personal and may smell or perform differently depending on skin chemistry. We cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds because a customer does not like a fragrance, experiences different performance than expected, or changes their mind after purchasing.

We strongly recommend purchasing a smaller sample size before committing to a larger decant if you have not previously tried a fragrance.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been processed or prepared.

Authenticity

Scent Supply independently sources authentic fragrances and carefully transfers them into our own decant bottles. Unless specifically stated otherwise, Scent Supply is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the fragrance brands represented on our website.
